1. Plain-English Summary
When you buy a blogger4me kit, you're buying a downloadable PDF (or set of PDFs) that we personalise with your name, your blog URL, and your blog name. You can use the kit for your own blog. You can't resell it, share the file, or feed it into an AI training pipeline.
If the kit doesn't help you, email hello@blogger4me.com within 30 days for a full refund. No forms. No questions.
These terms cover what you're buying, what you're allowed to do with it, what we're responsible for, and how we resolve disputes. If you have questions, email us.
2. What You're Buying
| Product | What's included | Price (AUD) | Format |

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD), one-time payment. No subscriptions. No recurring charges. Ever. Stripe handles currency conversion at checkout for international buyers — you'll see your local currency before you pay.
Note on the AEO Strategic Primer bundle: the AU$67 bundle price covers one core kit (AU$47) plus the AEO Strategic Primer (AU$10 when purchased together). The AEO Strategic Primer is also available standalone at AU$20, or as a post-payment cross-sell at AU$10 to existing kit buyers.
3. How It Works
- You buy a kit via Stripe Checkout. You provide your first name, email address, blog URL, and blog name.
- We personalise the kit's PDF with those details (within a few minutes).
- Resend emails you the kit as a PDF attachment, along with a link to the Distribution Scorecard Google Sheet.
- The kit is yours to use.
If anything goes wrong — kit doesn't arrive, attachment won't open, personalisation is broken — email hello@blogger4me.com and we'll fix it within one business day.
4. Licence — What You Can and Can't Do with the Kit
When you buy a kit, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use licence. Specifically:
You can:
- Use the kit's templates, frameworks, and scorecards for your own blog or blogs you personally operate
- Print copies for your own reference
- Refer to the kit in your own content (e.g. "I used the blogger4me Recipe Kit and tried their Pinterest worksheet") — we welcome this
You cannot:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the kit or any part of it
- Share the PDF file with other people (each licence is for one buyer)
- Publish the kit's content (templates, copy, worked examples) as your own
- Submit the kit, or substantial portions of it, to any AI training pipeline, dataset, or model fine-tuning process. (Using consumer AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Notion AI as a personal assistant to help you implement the kit on your own blog is fine — that's not training.)
- Use the kit on behalf of a client (i.e. it's not for agencies or consultants delivering to other people's blogs)
We retain all intellectual property in the kit, including templates, frameworks, copy, design, and the underlying methodology. If you're an agency or consultant and would find blogger4me useful for client work, email hello@blogger4me.com — we'll talk about a commercial licence.
5. 30-Day Guarantee
If the kit doesn't help you, we refund you. In full. No forms. No questions.
How to claim: email hello@blogger4me.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Use the subject line "Refund request" so it gets to the right place fast.
What we'll do: confirm receipt within one business day, refund via Stripe within 3–5 business days, and remove your email from our marketing list if it's still there.
What we won't do: ask you why. Make you justify it. Send you a survey. Try to talk you out of it. We may ask basic verification questions (e.g. to confirm the email matches the order) in the rare case the request looks like a duplicate or a payment issue — but never to question your reason.
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (see Section 7). It does not replace those rights — it adds to them.
6. Refunds Outside the 30-Day Window
After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion. If the kit is genuinely broken (e.g. a major content error, broken template, missing component) we'll refund or replace it regardless of when you bought it — your Australian Consumer Law rights apply regardless of the guarantee window.
If you simply changed your mind after 30 days, we can't refund you — but please tell us why anyway. We use that feedback to make the next version better.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) and that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Specifically, our kits come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the kit repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
For more information about your rights under Australian Consumer Law, visit consumer.gov.au or accc.gov.au.
8. What We're Responsible For, and What We're Not
What we promise:
- The kit will be delivered to the email address you provide at checkout
- The kit will be of acceptable quality and fit for its stated purpose
- We will respond to support emails within one business day
- We will honour the 30-day guarantee without conditions
What we cannot promise:
- That using the kit will result in any specific level of blog traffic, email subscribers, revenue, or audience growth
- That any specific distribution channel (Pinterest, email, LinkedIn, Reddit, search) will perform a specific way for you
- That third-party platforms (Google, Pinterest, Reddit, Kit, etc.) will continue to behave the way the kit describes — platforms change, and we update kit content as that happens
The kit is informational and methodological. Your results depend on your niche, your content quality, your consistency, your platform fit, and factors outside our control.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any non-excludable consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under Australian Consumer Law, nor any liability for fraud or gross negligence on our part.
Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the kit is limited to the amount you paid for the kit. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunities, or reputational damage — arising from your use of the kit.
10. Account, Payment, and Pricing
- Payment: all payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see, store, or have access to your card details. Stripe's terms apply to the payment itself (stripe.com/legal).
- Currency: all prices are displayed in AUD. Stripe Adaptive Pricing automatically converts prices to your local currency at checkout where supported — you'll see your local currency before you pay, and settlement is always in AUD.
- Tax: GST is included in the price for Australian buyers. International buyers may be liable for their own local taxes (e.g. UK VAT, EU VAT) — Stripe handles this automatically where required.
- Marketing consent at checkout: Stripe Checkout includes a separate, optional checkbox where you can opt in to our marketing emails. Ticking the box is not required to complete your purchase. Opting in lets us send you our marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time) and lets us send a brief abandoned-cart follow-up if you didn't complete checkout. If you don't tick the box, we will only email you about your purchase.
- No subscriptions: every kit is a one-time payment. We do not run subscriptions and have no plans to.
- Price changes: if we change the price of a kit, the new price applies only to future buyers. You will never be charged a different price than what you agreed to at checkout.
11. Acceptable Use
When you interact with blogger4me — by buying, emailing support, or replying to our marketing emails — please don't:
- Send abusive, threatening, or discriminatory messages
- Misrepresent who you are
- Attempt to access another buyer's data, account, or kit
- Attempt to compromise the security of blogger4me.com, Stripe, or any other system involved in delivering the kit
- Use any blogger4me kit or asset in a way that breaches Australian law
We reserve the right to refuse service, refund a purchase, and decline future sales to anyone who breaches this section. Where we do so, we may retain a minimal record (email address, date, and reason) so we can apply the restriction consistently — this aligns with our Privacy Policy and the retention rules in our Compliance Reference.
12. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is part of these terms — by buying a kit, you agree to both documents.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when our practices change or when the law changes. Material changes are notified to current buyers by email at least 14 days before they take effect (30 days where the change materially affects how we handle your personal data, for buyers in the EU/UK).
For buyers who purchased before a change takes effect: the old terms apply to your existing purchase. New terms only apply to purchases made after they take effect.
The version number and "last updated" date at the top of this document always reflect the current version.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute that can't be resolved by email goes to the courts of Victoria, Australia, except for disputes that the Australian Consumer Law (or your local consumer law if you're outside Australia) allows you to bring in your own jurisdiction.
Before going to court: please email hello@blogger4me.com with the subject line "Dispute". We will respond within 5 business days and aim to resolve the matter within 30 days of that response. If we can't reach a resolution in that window, you're free to escalate to the courts of Victoria, Australia, or — where the ACL or your local consumer law permits — your own jurisdiction.
